The Oral HCG Solution Program consists of three parts that support your success in fat reduction. If you are unwilling or unable to comply with all four parts as required, then you are not a good candidate for success in this program. You have two choices based on how much you want to reduce: either 10-25 lbs. (30-Day Program) or more than 25 lbs. In the 43-day program you will receive 2 vials of each, which is enough for a couple to do a 30 day round.

Vitamin B-12: You may feel low on energy, especially for the first 5-8 days on this program. Vitamin B-12 will help you keep your energy up throughout the program.
PART 3: SPECIFIC DIET PLAN
This is a 500 calorie per day diet plan. It must be adhered to without exception if you are serious about reducing your weight by getting rid of fat. This is an absolute requirement! In the absence of HCG, this would be a starvation diet that would be harmful to your health. However, HCG directs you body to burn fat. That, in essence, is the beauty of this plan and the reason it is unlike any other weight management strategy ever invented in this history of humankind.
