For Snack:

For Dinner:
The same choices as lunch, however, do not have two meals exactly the same in the same day.
The foods you eat may be seasoned with the following: white or black pepper, organic raw apple cider vinegar, sea salt, organic thyme, juice of half an organic lemon, organic parsley, organic basil, organic marjoram, or any other herb. No oil, butter, dressings, or anything else!

o You must eat everything as described. Do not skip meals, and each meal must consist of the protein, the vegetable and the fruit. If you choose, you may eat the fruit in between meals as a snack.
